Day 2 of Kick the Calories to the Curb. choosing lean proteins and good fats. By day 3 or 4 metabolism should switch to fat burning. Need to increase the water intake.
226.4 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
