The veggie keto diet this past week has helped. Also, in addition to the two hours of daily walking I do before work, I've added in a half hour to one hour of beginner level aerobics in the evening. I also take an Epsom salt bath before bed to avoid muscle soreness.
142.9 lb Lost so far: 0.1 lb.    Still to go: 12.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
