So, I'm back on the slide down again:)
I followed my entire diet yesterday.
I have discovered how great carrots are for keeping the munchy monster away. I have fresh ones and cooked ones as well. My dogs even like them!
I'll report back at noon.
215.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 75.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
