I bombed last night =( We were going to go out to eat at Ruby Tuesdays and I had a great meal planned out--under 500 calories! I was pumped we get there and the wait was an hour and a half and the group decided to go to the Greek place in town.... NOTHING LOW-CAL on the menu.....I ended up getting what I wanted and eating it all.... I know..... portion control =( So I went home and worked out for an hour super intense but I still gained a lb =( Time to get back on tract because I know Sunday is going to be a hard day for me! But in the bright side I am still 2lbs under my weekly goal if I don't gain on Sunday!
212.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 4.2 lb a week

Sounds like you did great. Restaurant food contains tons of sodium so the pound is most likely water weight. Drink plenty of water today. You can eat out and stay low calorie and still gain from sodium the next day.
