6 weeks of strength training complete. Finally got a good night of sleep. First time in about 4 months. I feel amazing. I envy the people that get a good sleep every night.
144.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.6 lb a week
