YMCA scale 180Lbs HOME scale 179.6Lbs


On Sun. April 13 went out to eat at Golden Corral w/niece godchild & bestie didn't go to the gym lost a lb so I'm still good I guess


Also I started Body Combat yesterday which will be on Mon's & Wed's hav to I'm very happy about it
180.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
