After a little hiatus,and a slip up on the no sugar, gluten free attempt, I am getting back on track.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1153 kcal Fat: 47.18g | Prot: 95.52g | Carb: 91.27g.   Breakfast: Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), bodylogix whey protein isolate vanilla bean, Hapifoods Group Inc. holy crap breakfast cereal, Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original, Bananas. Lunch: Mestemacher Rye Bread with Muesli, Coffee with Milk, Ham (Center Slice, Country-Style, Lean Only, Cured). Dinner: Hazelnuts Filberts, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Bell Peppers, Kroger Romaine Hearts, Snak Club Raw Almonds. Snacks/Other: Coca-Cola Diet Coke (Can), protein bar chocolate saviseed. more...
