I rolled my office chair over my bare toe (home office, not casual Friday :)). It's amazing how difficult that was to get it off - trying to stand up was complicated by the fact that I was trying to push off on my toe that was getting crushed.

Other than that unpleasantness, everything is good, I suppose. Dropped that pound, but that was expected. My waistline is back down to its low. My daughter did great at her dance competition yesterday, and I enjoyed her performances. Life is good!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
