This weigh-in is not accurate - I had already eaten breakfast. It's fairly worthless, but... it's just one data point, so it wouldn't be worth much more if it was precise! :)

EDIT: Actually, my diet performance was pretty good - the only issue was the fat was a little high. Other than that, I was spot on.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
