I have always maintained my weight until recently. Now I find myself older and 70 lbs overweight. I have caught myself saying " well my husband and family love me so it does not matter" but it does matter because it matters to me and I am sick of being overweight. I don't like it. It might be ok for some but not for me personally. So today I decided to change it. Wish me luck I will probably need it . cause trust me I love to eat!
