The weight does not seem to be coming off at the rate it did in the past but I am not giving up gonna keep it up. I tell myself everyday this is not a contest, this is not a short term lifestyle this is for life . This keeps me from being on a diet but on a lifestyle change. I am where I am and I will get there.

Discouraged today. Went to dinner with my husband and stayed on my diet. I feel like I have missed everything. Why this fascination with food? What makes me think if I am not eating everything in sight then I am deprived. I need to re think and re create some new thinking or else I will be right back where I started even if I lose this time. Gonna have to get a different mindset.
