beginning to feel better. Doing the downward facing dog was a badddd idea though. My head felt like it was exploding.
I love working out when I get up. it makes me feel ready to conquer the world. I wish I could do it more often, but my body seems to think it needs like 12 hours of sleep a day. So I'm not going to let it. I'm going to get up and get moving.j cuz I like that feeling.
My sister says my stomach looks good, but i'm not inclined to believe her. it feels good, but its not where I want it. I'm not quite where I wnat to be. I can feel my posture improving, and my balance is getting better, bit by bit, and I've got a little muscle definition, but it's a work in progress. I'm a work in progress. I don't know, I feel like I have to work on my body before I can work on my brain, and I really need to do that, so that makes this more urgent.
Kandace made that mocha frappacino thing last night, and I said no. Of course, I had a sip, but that was all. just the flavor.
I think I'm going to go running later on. Or at least walking. I haven't done it in a few days, and I really want to get working on my calves. I love it when they're all muscley.
120.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
