I'm 16, 4'11, and currently 121. I believe at one point I weighed 135. I'm a little obsessive, but my motivation sucks, so I have to find something that is easy to stick to. I come from a family of big eaters, but have recently found that nothing tastes as good when you see how much it takes to burn it off.

Low blood pressure
Wow, Pixiestyx! That's crazy! Have your doctors ever done anything about it? Or suggested something for you to do, other than just be careful?

Worth it
My mom just brought home Phish food and BBQ chips. Without asking. I'm at the time of month where any form of chocolate is near unbearable tempation, so bringing home my favorite was, quite frankly, torture. (I think she's trying to fatten me up.)
So what's your weakness? The special something that makes you throw caution to the wind?
The point of this thread isn't to bring it up, but to share in our weaknesses, and figure out a way to deal with them.
I generally don't have an issue, because we don't keep PF on hand, but, obviously, there are times.

Low blood pressure
It isn't low, but it feels like it. I have no idea where I got it from, because my genes aren't all that great, and like I said, I was testing low before I started paying attention to what I eat.

Low blood pressure
I've got lots of sodium in my diet, I eat way to many processed foods. I'm adding cardio, and working on increasing it.

I honestly have no idea why my blood pressure is so low. I just recently changed my eating habits, and it's been testing low since before then.

Low blood pressure
I have low blood pressure. It's 112/60, so not quite clinically low, but it bugs me. My limbs fall asleep constantly, if I sit on my leg for 3 minutes it goes out, and it takes up to 10 to get feeling back. Is there any herbs/supplements/exersizes that can help?
