No special diet secrets to share ... just not eating and very little excerise. Taking a diet course called MOVE through the VA ... there idea is to eat five times a day which is something I have a hard time following. I am a functional alcoholic and when I start drinking I do not stop just like eating ... eating tastes so good. So the difference between mood eating and hunger eating get blurred in my mind. The positive part is that I learned that one pound of fat is 3500 calories and that at my age I need to only eat 1400 calories per day and excercise 3 to 5 times per week. Now go out there and Keep the Faith.
