Had what can only be described as the most "unhealthy" food day ever, spend 5 hours travelling to see my mom in hospital yesterday, we get there and they tell us she's being released right now. Of course "right now" meant in 3 hours after I had chased down 20 nurses trying to get her discharge papers. Then a 4 hour drive home with my lovely uncle. Needless to say it was the longest day of my life (and we got home at 5pm) and not even a full day.

I get travel sickness so had no food until 1pm, my mother said I looked like I was gonna faint and they wouldn't let us leave until we talked to her doctor who was gonna be around to see us in "half an hour" of course it was 2 and a half hours later when we actually saw her. So, my mother made me eat some liquorice, about 4 small pieces. When we had finally seen the doc my mom fell asleep again, so me and my dad went to the canteen to get something to eat, cut to me having to eat a nearly 500kcal sandwich- it was the lowest calorie sandwich they had :( and then my mom asked for her favourite meal when we got home so a big plate of pasta on top of that...several bottles of water later and I fell asleep for 9 hours 20mins :D its now 9am, just did my morning weigh in and its a blooming miracle....im down .4lbs. I thought the pasta would have gained but no.

So happy happy. Heading into town now to do some shopping :D

PS. Thank you to everyone who supported my last journal entry, the response was overwhelming and it warmed my heart. I need that boost every once in a while :D you guys are great!
