yesterday was... so far away. I ate good, and then dinner we had General Tso's chicken. homemade. it wasn't actually that good. and i was starting to get sick. soooo... I ate my normal amount, no difference of course. I didn't finish my water, and I didn't work out. I can't work out today either, i feel like crap. how many calories does being sick burn? I had the weirdest thing for lunch, nad hwen my headache calms down I'll post it. anyway, I'm going to go gulp my tea in misery.
123.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
