Even if you are not able to do everything, you've still done your best and that's already a great reason to be happy! :). Whenever exercise is beginning to get too hard for me, I just make it softer and, when I finally feel more energetic, I resume the pace. Don't worry about the challenge because its only purpose is to motivate you. Don't let yourself be negatively affected by it. You're definitely going in the right direction! :)

Super, you lost weight. I do not know my actuell weight. Just do what you can you are doing fantastic! Great loss too! When my stomach muscles split during my 2nd pregnancy I had to start extremely slow I had aching muscles just from getting up and now after 22months I am slowly getting back to where I was. Each situation is obviously different but everyone should just do what they can and be proud of each little improvement!

Even though it's not exactly the same, you're definitely getting the best measure of exercise for your present physical condition. More than that would be overkill :) So you're doing great!

Definitely split if it becomes too hard S0786. I've started doing that already with the leg raises ;)

Thanks euheide;-) looking back it must have looked super silly I had to wear this ridiculous beige stocking around my belly for 6 weeks! It did the job though telling everything to go back in!

Heheheh Sometimes, it takes perceived "ridiculous" measures to get something done the best way ;)

Good job all! Welll remember I said on my rest day I had to do the excersise because my daughter didnt believe I did it? so Yesterday was my 30/30/35 day I ACTUALLY DID IT!! The plank is getting easier but the leg lifts YIKES!! Today tho with 50/50/38 there is no way I can do 50 leg lifts!!! Will need to cut it today ;)
