Gah I've been so busy at work and home that I feel like I haven't journaled in ages! I decided to go gluten free for one week and I began this past Sunday.
I haven't really felt the need to overeat, which is nice! Yes, I had a lot of watermelon and maybe too much popcorn, but I didn't gain a significant amount of weight.
I don't know if I'll be able to stay gluten free once the week is up... I miss my whole grain pasta!
