My original weight was 164, but I submitted 162 before weighing myself. I did lose one pound this week, making me at 163. I just need to keep in my when look at the numbers that it's one pound off. Could have been more, but I'll take anything. We only need a pound a week to succeed.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
