Your not failing, maybe just having a bad day here and there. I try not to look at my eating as dieting anymore because if I eat something "bad" than I get all upset and depressed. Now I have to think if I am going to eat this way the rest of my life than I am going to be eating things that are not great for me but I am ok with that as long as I eat as healthy as I can.
