Ate a bunch of bacon, couple of hot dogs and drank diet coke. Has to be water retention. But bacon is sooo good. The hot dogs are carb free.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
