I have slowed down my losing, but have not been exersizing. I rode bike 2 miles every day last week, and want to amp up my exersize this week..Its getting short or capris weather!! I am not an avid exersizer..and I have a knee and foot problem that avoids my pounding the pavement. I need to start lifting weights, etc,...its a slow loss, but its going down, not up! I sure would love to see the 160's soon!
175.0 lb Lost so far: 90.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
