Would it really be a fair competition though?? I have to sweat out every lost ounce and you can just stuff your face with burgers, fries and crap 😂😂

🤣 I wish that was the case.... I did that and got to 180..... and it made me fluffy. I’m trying to gain the right kind of weight now, with healthy Whole Foods which makes it pretty challenging! But for you Goddess I could stuff a few burgers n fries to make it more competitive 😜

Fluffy 😂😂😂😂😂😂 you freakin made my day😂😂😂😂😂 Yes I thought that after I sent, I’m sure you’re not consuming those types of calories lol So you eat a lot of protein?? Many carbs in a day?? This is foreign to me 🤯😊 sorry for the lack of knowledge. You can disregard my questions lol, I won’t be offended 😀

No no problem at all. I aim for 120g carbs or below and 170g protein or higher. Atleast 2700 calories for any gainz to happen. What’s about you, what makes up your other calories besides wine? 😜

Wow!!!! You are brave asking that!!!!😂😂 Actually I’ve cut my alcohol calories considerably. I haven’t quit totally, but wayyyyy less. I enjoy the taste, what can I say ?? 🤷‍♀️ Simple really! I began IF when I started my weight loss journey in mid August. I eat most foods, just small portions. It seems to be working so far 🙏🏼🤞🏼 I don’t eat a lot of carbs but I love oatmeal 😋 that’s prob my biggest carb. Oatmeal is just so satisfying!! Protein I love as well. Actually all food tbh 😂😂 I don’t look at my percentages, if I get stuck, then I will. I’m sure I could be a lot smarter with calories, 🤓but I’m a huge believer in balance and sustainability ⚖️🧘🏼‍♀️ for myself. I’ve acknowledged and accepted my ways in me ol age lol

That is awesome. Simple and effective is key. I made the mistake of researching into fatty liver and impacts of spiking insulin and metabolic diseases that I ended up with a strict diet 😅 Surprisingly tho I’m learning to prefer the way I eat now. But then again I’m the type that could eat the same things everyday. I’ve also done IF, 5 day water fast and veganism on my way down from 180. Which was probably why I went to far down 🤔

Wowzers!!! 5 day fast!!! That is brutal, mental strength right there!! 💪🏼💪🏼How did you feel after that? I’ve never fasted that long, I eat each day. Like you, I prefer what I eat now, with a few treats thrown in once in awhile to keep me satisfied 😉

Haha mental strength for sure! The first 3 days I was eating out of my nose 😂 I can literally taste food just by sniffing them. But after the 3rd day it got easier. I use to have this pain in my ankle every morning for a long time. After the 3rd day it was gone. And you get this super mental clarity. Like it expanding your range of vision and senses. The tough part was eating again. They (the internet) recommend slow and small portions.... I did an all you can eat buffet...... many trips to the bathroom after that. But I’m glad I did it. It fixed my ankle. My eating window now is between 11-6 to stuff 2700 calories in. It’s a habit now. I’m trying to allow myself 1 cheat day out of the month but nothing seems good enough to temp me........ yet
