Frustrated...another week and no loss. No gain, either. But this plateau has lasted well beyond my patience. Time for a shift in mindset.

I can visually see a difference since starting with a personal trainer. I feel more energy. I have a better attitude now that I'm in the routine of working out. Those facts don't show on the scale...but they have way more value.

Moving on.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe it doesn't show on the scale because you gained enough muscle mass equal to the fat loss? I had that happen when I first started with a personal trainer. Just remember how you feel and keep your chin up! =)
