After a week of waiting for results from a test for Covid-19 (staying away from the gym to avoid possible spread), I was expecting more weight on my body. I did a pretty piss poor job of exercising at home due to stuff that got in my head.I was eating pretty well regardless and recommitted to hydration as I'd suspected the real reason for my not feeling well was lack of hydration and an underlying medical condition that caused my fever. After the test came back negative, I ht the gym again.

I'm so thrilled to feel muscles in places I never felt them my entire life. Unintentionally, I'll find muscle on my body, and it's so delightful because it means health and strength. This is a fulfillment of my work, my promise to myself and for my family.
