Still doin good with losing my 1pound a week
188.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK...I INCREASED MY STATIONARY BIKE RIDING AND DOING GOOD......SINCE FEB 14TH ( HAD LEFT KIDNEY REMOVED) I HAVE LOST AN ADDITIONAL 13 POUNDS.....I'M REALLY STARTING TO FEEL ALOT BETTER...
