Today I changed the fat bombs I use.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1417 kcal Fat: 107.11g | Prot: 92.69g | Carb: 33.81g.   Breakfast: The Biggest Loser Celery Sticks, Red Sweet Pepper, Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Patty, Unsalted Butter Stick, Egg, FB co, almond butter, stevia, cocoa, butter, pb, vanilla (24). Lunch: Chicken Wing (Skin Eaten), Baby Spinach, Chinese Cabbage (Bok-Choy, Pak-Choi), Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), Radish, Great Value Romaine Lettuce, Tomatoes. Dinner: Butter, Broiled or Baked Pork Chop. Snacks/Other: Zero Cookies, Almond Thin Crackers (Paleo). more...
