I reduced the overall carbs down 40g and protein by 20g but fat went up 20g.
Have to reduce Carbs by another 20g, I got this! I will do it!

I should be walking more but the weather was AWEFUL yesterday, pouring rain or sunny. It was like Mother Nature was PMSing and couldn't make up her mind to be sad or happy! lol

It's sunny now so I'm taking my mom and Austin for a walk. Hangout with mommy and walk my dog at the same time, and she can't spend any money!
199.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
