Going to weigh in weekly now. Am off my drops and feeling my way around food. I don't have cravings but certainly am finding some foods my body rejects. Last night was classic with stomach cramps after eating meringues. So lesson learnt. Still not had bread or pasta - will be interesting to see how I go with that but for now eating healthy is the key to keeping my body feeling happy and well
141.0 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hope you fell better. :) And good luck with figuring out what foods your body enjoys, I always find that to be a challenge.

the Blue Box I always expected that sugar and wheat were not good for me but denied it constantly - since having not had any for 3 weeks I am not surprised that my body reacts badly to them - it really does not like them so I am making an effort to lay off - seems like a small bite here or there is ok but anything more upsets my tummy and I have real trouble digesting wheat at all - am learning

Aw thanks SherrieC - I am feeling great as long as I lay off the sugar and wheat - easy to say but dam that means all my fav foods are off forever :( oh well I am glad I found out now and can make educated decisions about the food that goes into my body
