Yesterday was a day of drinking diet coke that has extra sodium. along with extra snacking from the stress of the day. But I am doing the 10 minute exercise
206.0 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
