well after an up and down week with tons of stress I guess its not wonder I havent lost but gained a lb
At least I know why and how I gained.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.8 lb a week

yep and the funny thing is that the only place I lost inches was in my thighs - 1/2 inch from both - go figure
