I was shocked when I got on the scales. But I am not cheating one bit. Well worth the stick to good foods. This 10 minute exercise challenge is a good start to something better in the future.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
