I am so mad right now. No maybe I should say I am pissed. Here I was doing so good and now back up I go. Well I am going back to the induction phase where I was doing well,and start that phase again. This is the first diet in a long time that I have done this good on and if you think I am going to let this set back get the better of me you are so wrong. HMMMM
