I've been working so hard for months prior to joining fat secret. Merely being aware of what I'm eating has done more for me than anything else I have tried. 2 Weeks and I'm down nearly 10 pounds, I am working out almost every morning, am going to spin classes, and haven't drank since Saturday evening. I am gaining huge benefit from this website and this community :)
192.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
