Ecstatic about going back to my normal loss for the week! The feeling was seriously overwhelming! Every choice really counted this week and I am really really happy about it. =)
145.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks for the support FS buddies! Sorry it took me so long to thank you because it has been crazy at work. Today is our Graduation Day.
