Did good for the most part until I was faced with the gauntlet of emotions. I have been crazy busy spring cleaning, reorganizing, helping my parents pack and move thier belongings while visiting a family friend in the hospital and working over-time. While being so busy caused me to make a few poor choices based on convenience, it also kept my mind from focusing on the fact that my teen daughter had delivered some serious disappointment with her poor decisions and disrespectful behaviour. Hopefully nothing a family intervention along with tight restrictions and being grounded for six months - to the rest of her life won't take care of. God bless all you single parents out there.
262.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 102.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
