I was kinda low on my calories yesterday. Not a bad thing unless it happens too often, but I will probably also "abuse it" today, spending a few extra calories. Today is a day full of good food. :)
I lost a whopping 900 grams since yesterday - so LIFE IS GOOD!

Way to go , you are still kicking butt. I had a couple of low calorie diet days this past week. My appetite was terrible also did no exercise. But still lost thankfully, gonna try to get back to routine this week. Have a great weekend!
