Broke the barrier today...Yeah! now into the 170`s.
179.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1301 kcal Fat: 59.43g | Prot: 76.70g | Carb: 124.53g.   Breakfast: Coffee with Milk, Lemon. Lunch: Jam Preserves, Peanut Butter, Natural Grain 12 Grain Bread, America's Choice Bacon Thick Sliced, Scrambled Egg, Coffee with Milk. Dinner: Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Beef or Meat Gravy, Beef Chuck (Arm Pot Roast, Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/2" Fat, Prime Grade), Brown Rice, Campbell's summer asparas soup with sweet basil. Snacks/Other: Kellogg's Vector protein bar mixed nut, Coca-Cola Coke Zero. more...
