Water weight. Work for 6 hrs Friday, sweating like a hog. gained 1.5 overnight. Ate perfect. Drank almost 1 gal of water ?? Go figure.
262.5 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
