YMCA scale weight 190lbs HOME scale 189.2

Doin gd so far losing 1 lbs a wk which I'm ok with since I'm doin 1900 calories a day & da fact that I still eat alil unhealthy LOL

This wk March 24-27th my goal is not to eat at all I even brought garlic bread so that I don't go to Sonic & buy there toast
190.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
