so excited VERY EXCITED <3
one of those I Understand <3 excited moments <3
<3 AWESOME <3

balancing heavier foods starchy ,meatie red meat , breads exc

with lighter foods fish , Raw veg cooked veg exc..... More fiber ..

during spring break I said I was going to go off track some .
with some fun foods small bag of fries (NOT EVERY DAY ) a small fish sandwich with half the bread , comfort foods , popcorn .

then the next day or latter in the day
I would eat raw salads or hot veg
with like 1 - 2 servings croutons .

1. I can not eat the way I was ....
Bread mashed potatoes macaroni exc and keep my weight were it needs to be .
and when I do , want heaver foods Like a pancake I make my own with lots of fiber in them..

Now a bite or two of carbs mixed with veg
before chemo I weight about 244 lbs

when I was doing chemo I got down to 219 lbs
I eat almost every two hrs small

when I got better my portions got larger and almost all carbs
back up to 244 lbs

then in order for me to go back to work I'm a bus diver
( cause I was so so weak no strength ) ya need a lot of upper body strenght to drive a bus ,, big wheel ,,
I had to start exercising 10 min a day 3 days a week
to 15 mins a day to 5 days a weak
up to average 45 mins ,, walking in mall to the gym ....my favorite Elliptical machine ,,

then last September 2013 my left knee went out on me ,,
I couldn't walk, I was dragging my left leg
went to my DR they x-rayed and said I need a knee replacement
MY Whole Goal has been get the weight off before surgery so I can get around easier ..
ya Praying for the Lord to give me the strength to face my foods ..
which ones were putting weigh on me
verse which foods would help me lose
22.8 lbs lost since November so excited ..
73 days till June 4th surgery day
so in four months I was able to lose 22.8 lbs about 5.7 lbs a month
so Lord willing and it is his will for me to lose

I think its fair to say another 11.4 lbs lost by the time I get surgery would be reasonable (( Please pray with me )) ,, one of the things I could do is start excising , I do have DVD that I can do with out hurting my left leg
And I do have a gym were I can do the bicycle it’s a bike were my bottom and legs are at the same level ,, boy I had a lot to say ... laughing now ,, have a blessed day <3
221.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 76.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Very well done on the loss so far! I'd be excited too... If you can manage that DVD without hurting your knee and carry on eating as you have you will see more go before your surgery day, I'm sure. Very best wishes.
