Ten days, I lost seven pounds, and an inch off my waist. It feels really good, because I didn't think I actually had much to lose, but I was in complete denial.
193.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
