I'm just doing what I'm suppose to and it's working!!!
Back to the gym and trying to eat more calories. Less Carbs and exercise at least an hour a day.
Another pound melted!
186.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
