FINALLY GOT AWAY FROM THE 265 / 263 BATTLE. WHEW WHAT A WILD AND HARD 4 WKS
261.0 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
