The weight is among my recent best :)

Inaccurate waist measurement horizontally across navel: 80.4 cm (also among my recent best) Yey! Tomorrow it will all go up again lol

Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 9.0 % (intermediate among recent results)

Blood pressure and heart rate: 116/72 - 60 bpm (higher blood pressure among recent results, but usual heart rate, probably down to device inaccuracy - these devices are known for inaccuracy heheh)
129.6 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
