Finally have my diet the way it needs to be for optimal ketosis. I havn't felt this great is along time. Thanks to everyone who post such motivational journals on here... sometimes you have no idea how your positivity can help someone without even realizing it. The scale has kinda stood still the last couple of days but I see crazy physical results and I feel great so the scale doesn't really worry me.
294.0 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
