The Blue Box's Journal, 19 March 2014

TOM is here and my friend from Sweden just sent me a big box of chocolates last night and they are more than half way gone...

Yes scale I know why the numbers are up. :P

Has anyone ever tried Maca Powder? I found some in the clearance section of my grocery store and I've been trying to mix it to my breakfast, but it is STRONG.

Let's see I've tried:
1/4 cup oatmeal + 16g strawberry protein powder + 1/3 rice dream milk + 5g Maca and that was WAAAY too much Maca flavor.

1/2 cup oatmeal + 16g strawberry protein powder + 1/4 rice dream milk + 5g Maca and that was okay, but still a little too much Maca flavor.

1/2 cup oatmeal + 16g strawberry protein powder + 1/2 water + 5g Maca and that just tasted like water with a hint of Maca...

The only other thing I can think of is adding a scoop of PB2. I thought the protein powder flavor would overpower the Maca, but I can't even taste it. Oh well, I'll find a balance eventually, since I have 87 more servings of the Maca Powder. :D
