the weight is equivalent to my recent worst lol
inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 9.3 % (intermediate among recent results)
inaccurate waist measurement horizontally across navel: 81 cm (intermediate among recent results)

Blood pressure and heart rate: 109/65 - 60 bpm (this is how it looks after about 77 hours of exercise inactivity)

Yesterday I was really sleepy and didn't get to fat secret except for logging my partial info lol.
131.6 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
