Oh my goodness. All I wanted to do last night is snack. I tried to make it food that did not have empty calories. I had Honey Wheat Twisted Pretzels 220 calories and a Special K Bliss bar so I did not do bad but I do not like the munchie feeling. It scares me. Maybe it was because my daughter Carol and her husband are gone on vacation and I was bored. Who knows but I have to learn how to handle those moments. I am still holding my own and even losing slowly. They will be home tonight and then Carol will give me a pep talk and I will be OK again. I Hope.....
206.4 lb Lost so far: 46.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Your munches were wise choices, you can be proud of that. We all get the munchies. I find oranges do it for me, they are cold, sweet, juicy. I actually peel them like an apple, then place the orange in a paper towel in my hand and eat it like that. It taste better, last longer and is juicer, if that makes any sense to you. In fact now that I am talking about oranges I am wanting one so I will stop and buy some on my way home from errands. I think you did just fine, you stayed out of the real junk food. :-)
