One week in & dropped 1.6 lbs. Usually when I go low carb I lose a LOT more in the first week, so I guess the insulin resistance has worsened. My wake-up call.
194.2 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
